Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a friendly Customer Service Rep for an onsite role in Kentucky. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, restock merchandise, and keep the store clean and organized to ensure a great shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a positive attitude, basic math and POS skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or GED required; prior retail experience preferred.

• Demonstrate time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government-regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
