Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Customer Service Rep to be onsite in Kentucky. You will assist customers with purchases, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail experience is preferred, with competitive weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
