Job summary

You will help unload trucks, restock shelves, and support daily operations with a friendly, professional attitude. The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and ensure accuracy of cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and stocked store, including restocking and merchandising.
• Deliver a positive, safe, and respectful shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
