Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service team member to deliver a courteous checkout experience, greet customers, answer questions, and process transactions at the register while keeping shelves neat and merchandised.

In this role you will assist with product recommendations, manage returns and exchanges, maintain store standards, practice loss prevention, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Register customer purchases and handle cash and change, including returns and refunds.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised, price checks as needed.
• Assist customers with product questions and recommendations and suggest add-ons.
• Support stock rotation and shelf replenishment, following first-in, first-out where applicable.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with asset protection procedures.
