Job summary

Walgreens is seeking staff for customer-facing roles in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, handle purchases at the register, and provide courteous service while upselling and guiding product choices.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, well-merchandised aisles, processing exchanges, and supporting store operations, including photos and pick-up orders. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and Walgreens familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on cash register and provides friendly checkout service.
• Recommends items and assists customers to identify needs.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked.
• Handles returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds per policy.
• Performs asset protection and adheres to store procedures.
• Provides customer service in photo area with related services.
