Job Description: Retail Coverage Merchandiser

As the Retail Coverage Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for optimizing product visibility and driving sales in retail stores. Your duties include:

1. Conducting store visits and collaborating with store managers.
2. Utilizing technology for data collection and maintaining product display standards.
3. Providing retail sales merchandising and completing special projects.
4. Building strong relationships with store managers to increase sales for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Cover a set territory of retailers, ensuring merchandising coverage goals are met through regular store visits.
• Support store managers on retail initiatives such as new product introductions and contests.
• Use technology, including a company-furnished tablet, to collect and report data from store visits.
• Ensure full distribution and display of products, including cleaning, stocking, rotating, and pricing merchandise.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to plan-o-grams and report observations.
• Consult with management, meet objectives, and report store-level observations related to client products and customer needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and build relationships with store managers.
• Execute the retail territory coverage plan to meet merchandising goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
