604 Retail Coordinator - Job Description

REPORTS TO: VP of Sales & Marketing
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The 604 Retail Coordinator supports various tasks related to the retail department, assisting and growing retail sales in all 604 locations, the online store, and off-site pop-up stores, as well as guest inquiries and vendor relations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing and graphic design team on procuring and designing new retail items.- Identify, establish, and manage vendor relationships to procure new retail items.
- Maintain retail stock pars through ongoing replenishment orders by working closely with store managers utilizing purchase orders and inventory systems. This includes but is not limited to, picking up and delivering orders to each location as needed.
- Manage the active product line in the inventory system, POS, and online store to ensure up-to-date pricing and inventory levels.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Data & IT Analyst to ensure effective communication regarding entering invoices, journal entries, product transfers, reporting requirements, and POS data management.
- Assist in inspecting the retail areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise as required.
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for in-store and online improvements.
- Update and execute product lifecycle plan to ensure profitability.
- Manage and maintain the online store, including, but not limited to, responding to guest inquiries, managing orders, adding, removing, processing, shipping, and fulfilling online orders.
- Perform weekly and/or monthly inventory counts of retail products stored at the retail main receiving office.
- Prepare and provide scheduled sales reports showing annual growth in total retail sales, as set by the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Must multitask and have superior organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Positive attendance and work performance record.
- Developed skills in supply management and inventory control.
- Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining and meeting critical deadlines.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, focused on word processing. Programs include G-Suite (i.e., Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Ability to work long hours (40+ hours), including weekends and/or holidays as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, consistently exhibiting professionalism and aloha.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- All other duties as required.
Education and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Knowledge of appropriate software, including Google Suite.
- Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and positive driving record clear of violations.
- Ability to frequently sit for extended periods and occasionally walk, bend, climb, push/pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
