Qualifications

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• SmartSheet experience preferred; CRE background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management services across a portfolio of retail construction projects (remodels and new builds).
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track.

Our client, Retail Construction is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Retail Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Delivery team supporting client-focused retail buildouts and remodels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of retail project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up.
