Job summary

US Construction Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Mullica Hill, NJ team. You will oversee the full life cycle of retail construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Based in New Jersey, you will collaborate with field teams and clients to deliver exceptional results, manage schedules and safety compliance, and provide accurate reporting throughout each project’s lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in retail or commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of retail construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare regular project reports and maintain documentation.
