Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the end-to-end construction of new Retail Stores, from initial design to store openings. You will drive budgets, schedules, vendor contracts, and risk management while coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality retail experiences.

You will communicate clearly across stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary teams, and champion best practices to ensure on-time turnover to Facilities Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end construction of retail stores.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to mitigate risk and manage large cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, commissioning, and turnover of a Retail Store.
• Oversee project budget and cost controls.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with vendors/contractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules and risk plans.
• Promote prefabrication strategies where applicable.
• Coordinate with procurement/sourcing and internal partners.
• Travel to Meta Retail sites up to 50% and respond to emergencies as needed.
