• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling processes, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise and evaluate contractors and consultants for renovation and construction projects.
• Oversee all phases of project management from planning to closeout.
• Develop and review planning documents, budgets, drawings, and schedules.
• Review proposals and negotiate with contractors and partners.
