Job summary

Origin Bank in Dallas, Texas seeks a Retail Compliance and QC Analyst to establish and monitor deposit compliance and quality controls. You will manage first line of defense, track federal/state/local regulations, and coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk teams.

You will develop RCSA, KRIs, and KPIs, provide guidance to retail staff on FinCEN, BSA, FCRA, and other laws, and support testing and documentation of policy releases on the Deposit Origination platform.

Qualifications

• Expert level knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance and related laws.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with several years of senior compliance/quality control experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret new and existing regulations affecting deposit products and retail operations.
• Establish and maintain RCSA, KRI, and KPI to assess performance and identify risks.
• Coordinate first line of defense monitoring and assist in internal/external audits.
• Test and document policy changes on the Deposit Origination platform; report findings and deficiencies.
• Provide guidance on applicable laws and regulations to retail staff (FinCEN, BSA, FCRA, FDIC, OFAC, Reg CC, Reg E, privacy laws, Dodd-Frank, etc.).
• Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk teams to implement controls and improvements.
