Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a part-time Retail & Community Engagement Manager who shares a passion for food quality, customer service, and community involvement. The role involves leading a team to support merchandising, community partnerships, and in-store events that reflect the Kneaders brand.

The position requires customer service experience, ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and strong communication with local schools and realtors for fundraising and partnerships.

Formación

• 1+ years customer service/retail experience required.
• Attention to compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule; shifts vary week to week and start as early as 7 am.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests to the Kneaders brand.
• Merchandising, daily basket making, stocking shelves, and assisting front-of-house operations.
• Organize and lead a team to support holiday baskets and merchandise execution.
• Engage with local schools and community partners for fundraising events.
