Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a part-time Retail & Community Engagement Manager who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community involvement. You will lead a team across merchandising, events, and guest interactions, ensuring a warm Kneaders experience.

The role emphasizes community partnerships, brand events, and collaboration with leadership to drive gift basket and catering sales. Weekend availability is required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service/retail experience.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule; shifts vary by week depending on traffic & season.
• Continuous standing and walking; ability to perform essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the Kneaders brand.
• Merchandising, daily basket making, stocking shelves, personal shopping assistance, inventory, cleaning, organization, assisting front of house operations.
• Attend weekly management meetings.
• Lead and organize a team to support holiday baskets and events.
• Collaborate with local community partners and Home Office for brand-wide events.
