Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. seeks a Store Co Team Leader to guide a sales floor and receiving area, delivering a positive associate and customer experience. You will oversee merchandising, staff development, and financial oversight to drive store performance.

The role requires managing payroll, expenses, scheduling, and ensuring standards across store operations, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic discount retailer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s customer service and care behaviors in interactions.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to nurture associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
