Join to apply for the Retail Co-Store Manager role at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc.

The Co Team Leader is responsible for leading the entire sales floor and receiving area. They create and lead a sales team focused on selling merchandise and providing excellent associate and customer experiences. Responsibilities include merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

  1. Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
  2. Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional service; ensure company standards are upheld in every interaction.
  3. Maintain store standards, plan seasonal transitions, manage inventory processes, and meet operational expectations.
  4. Develop and implement talent plans to ensure associate growth.
  5. Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
  6. Perform opening and closing functions and other duties as assigned.
