Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Co Team Leader to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area. You will create and lead a team passionate about selling merchandise and delivering a strong associate and customer experience.

Responsibilities include merchandising, development, customer service, and financial oversight, with emphasis on payroll budgeting, reporting, and operations to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors and ensures company standards in interactions.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store as needed and handle additional duties.
