Loyola Medicine, part of Trinity Health, is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Staff Pharmacist to support the Loyola University Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy Services.

This role reports to the Manager of Ambulatory Pharmacy and emphasizes cost-effective, patient-centered pharmaceutical care, with day shift and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Illinois.
• One year of previous job-related experience required.
• 1-2 years of previous job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager of Ambulatory Pharmacy, or the Operations Coordinator.
• Provide pharmaceutical care in a cost effective, results oriented, and customer focused manner.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $47.77 - $78.82 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
