Texas Health Resources is seeking a Retail Clinical Pharmacist for our Specialty & Retail Pharmacy in Fort Worth, TX. You will verify prescriptions, assist patients at the point of sale, and support medication distribution in a high-intensity environment.

This role emphasizes clinical services, accuracy, and cost-containment while delivering excellent patient care. Strong English communication and teamwork are required; hospital experience or residency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and basic math.
• Prior retail pharmacy experience is highly preferred.
• Hospital experience or residency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and build professional relationships with patients and staff.
• Complete prescription verification and process sales at point of sale; arrange delivery/shipping to patient.
• Support medication distribution including verification and oversight of pharmacy technicians.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services for safe and efficient patient care.
• Maintain accuracy and meet quality improvement and patient safety standards.
• Demonstrate ongoing professional development and contribute to process efficiencies.
• Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available.
• Other duties as assigned.
