Job description

Exciting opportunity within our Retail Solutions division at Assurant! You will be supporting clients in device and product protection, including extended service protection on devices and products in the retail and aftermarket space. This position is responsible for developing and implementing client and product initiatives.

Our Retail Client Solutions Manager leads client initiatives by providing solution guidance during the sales process and managing the onboarding and execution of these initiatives. This client-facing role involves representing Assurant products and solutions, guiding clients to suitable solutions based on their needs, and acting as their advocate to all stakeholders throughout the process.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
  1. Solution Implementation & Follow-up: Execute client and product delivery of complex solutions, ensure documentation and process flows are clear, conduct detailed research, and assist in implementing solutions like onboarding, features, platform improvements, and operational enhancements.
  2. Operational Support: Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure smooth project transitions, and identify process improvements using data insights.
  3. Process Re-engineering & Tool Utilization: Support efforts to streamline workflows by identifying inefficiencies.
  4. Project Oversight: Manage project elements from concept to rollout, sometimes leading projects internally and externally.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 3 years of progressive business leadership experience, with client interaction
  • Experience as a Technical Solution Engineer, Service Execution, or related roles is a plus
  • Experience in the service contract industry preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $143,700.00
