Job summary

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a Trader Jack’s Retail Clerk to warmly greet guests, assist with questions or purchases, and deliver outstanding service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include handling money, attending trainings, and accurately entering information into the SMS system; prior cash handling and computer experience are required. A service mindset and strong math skills help create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Previous computer experience is required.
• Must be service oriented, have the ability to take direction, and be customer service driven.
• Pride in your work by creating positive energy, excitement and fun.
• Must have strong math skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
