Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking Retail Clerks for Rumfish Beach Resort at TradeWinds Island Resorts in Saint Pete Beach, FL. This hourly role requires friendly guest service, cash handling, and the ability to stand for long periods while ensuring smooth transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of retail experience, are available on weekends and holidays, and can lift up to 100 lbs as needed to support guest needs and merchandising in a fast-paced beachside environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail sales and service experience preferred.
• Outgoing, approachable and Guest Service Oriented.
• Must have open availability as weekends and holidays are our busiest times.
• Proven ability to handle financial transactions accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to walk and stand for 8 hours or more.
• Safely lift and move objects weighing 60 lbs.-100 lbs.
