Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to greet guests, assist with purchases, and provide accurate product information at our Pine Mountain, GA locations. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, and adaptability for event-driven schedules.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining store presentation, restocking merchandise, and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• POS experience preferred.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules is required.

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older

• POS experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

• Comfortable working for extended periods regardless of weather conditions

• Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and in different weather conditions.

*This is a part time position that will operate during Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights. Typical schedule will be from 4:00pm-10:00pm.
