Job summary

Ultipro in Bay St. Louis, MS, is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for our casino shop. You will deliver top-tier guest service, greet guests, and assist with event information while handling cash and keeping merchandise neatly displayed.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or better and a friendly, proactive attitude. This role offers part-time hours with the chance to support daily retail operations and guest engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to casino guests and retail shoppers.
• Greet guests as they enter the shop and thank them on exit.
• Assist guests with questions about casino or events.
• Handle employee cash bank at start and end of shift.
• Maintain neat, organized merchandise and inventory.
• Inform supervisor when stock is running low.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

Responsible for selling, exchanging or return of retail merchandise.

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent internal/external guest service;
• Greet guests as they enter retail shop and thank them as they leave;
• Expected to be friendly, helpful and eager to assist our guests with any questions they may have about casino or events happening;
• Responsible for employee bank issued at start of shift and returned at end of shift;
• Assist with retail inventory during shift, keep items neat, straight, counters clean and orderly, clothing hanging neatly on and hangers and other merchandising items;
• Inform supervisor of items that are low so that they can be replenished;
• Strong cash handling skills
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
