Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a floor care associate to maintain a clean store environment. Responsibilities include operating scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, and general cleaning across the store.

• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards across areas (Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms).
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
