Job summary

TJX Companies’ Marshalls store in Troy, MI is seeking a dedicated store associate focused on floor care and customer service. You will operate the scrubber and buffer, perform dust mopping, damp mopping, and glass cleaning to keep the environment neat and inviting.

You will support store needs across departments, adhere to safety and loss prevention standards, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and other areas.
