Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required; no prior experience is required.
• Two years retail grocery experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides prompt, courteous service; assists associates to resolve concerns.
• Work with store departments and management to maintain communication and operations.
• Maintain CGO system integrity; balance on-hand issues and investigations.
• Understand and use CGO technology and related reports and records.
• Ensure all reports and records are accurate and retained per policy.
• Create daily pick lists for all departments and perform daily out-of-stock counts.
• Investigate overstock and miss-picks; address forecasting issues.
• Support signage and planogram integrity, and coordinate updates with departments.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and OSHA requirements; use PPE as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned in line with company policies.
