Job summary

Weis Markets located at 10871 Tidewater Trail is seeking a team member to support CGO operations. You will greet customers, provide courteous service, and help resolve concerns while coordinating with Store Management, Department Managers, and Night Crew to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, daily pick lists, out-of-stock counts, and resolving stock issues. Training covers PPE, safety and OSHA compliance, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Two years or more retail grocery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides prompt, courteous service; assists associates to resolve concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Follows company policy to increase customer satisfaction.
• Maintains integrity of the CGO system and balances on-hand inventories.
• Creates daily pick lists for all departments and conducts out-of-stock counts.
• Investigates overstock items and ensures accurate balance on hand.
• Works with the Regional CGO analyst to resolve issues related to stock and reporting.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and PPE compliance per policy and OSHA regulations.
