We're seeking an experienced Leader to support daily Donation Center Operations while helping lead a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you'll oversee donation flow, support team operations, and help ensure donors have a positive and welcoming experience.
Support daily donation center operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment
Lead by example by delivering outstanding donor and customer service
Receive, organize, and oversee handling ofdonated items
Help maintain smooth operational flow for wares and textiles
Maintainaccurate donor logs and provide donation receipts when needed
Assist with training and supporting team members
Ensure safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies are followed
Collaborate with transportation and store teams to support productivity and operational goals
Support loss prevention, safety checks, andoverall donation center organization

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)

Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly
