Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a reliable Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 5081 in Flint, MI. You will greet customers, operate the register, and ensure accurate sales, while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

This role includes knowledge of lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with proper age verification and compliance. Open availability with both full-time and part-time options, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
• Clear communication in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply).
• Willing to work in indoor/outdoor conditions and in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance.
• Upsell products to increase store sales when appropriate.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including restrooms and pumps.
• Stock shelves and displays; ensure merchandise looks fresh.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
