Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to help keep our Johnson City store clean, welcoming, and running smoothly for every customer who walks in. You’ll greet customers, run the register, stock shelves, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the store.

The role includes upselling when appropriate, assisting with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while adhering to age verification and legal requirements. Prior retail experience is helpful, but on‑the‑job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate register accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh.
• Assist with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales following age verification.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be flexible and help with other tasks as needed.
