Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking friendly Sales Associates to greet customers, run the register, and keep our stores clean and safe. You’ll be expected to handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in compliance with all laws, while delivering helpful service.

This role requires weekend availability, basic math, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Training is on the job, with opportunities for advancement from within.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• 21+ years old minimum.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately.
• Assist with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in compliance with laws.
• Upsell where possible to increase sales.
• Keep store and surrounding area clean and safe, indoors and outdoors.
• Stock shelves and maintain neat displays.
• Be a team player and cross-train in other departments.
