Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring Sales Associates to greet customers, process transactions, and keep our stores clean and welcoming. You’ll handle cash registers, stock shelves, and assist customers with a friendly, efficient service approach.

You'll become knowledgeable about lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales and must verify ages while following all legal requirements. Weekend availability and the ability to work in various weather conditions are valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ring up purchases accurately.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales - ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
• Upsell customers to increase sales
• Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and lot area
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and help wherever needed
