This role offers flexible schedules (full-time and part-time) and opportunities for advancement. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior retail experience is a plus, though on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Learn and comply with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, including age verification.
• Upsell products and provide friendly service to increase sales.
• Keep the store, bathrooms, parking lot, and pump area clean and safe in all weather.
• Stock shelves and maintain neat, inviting displays.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and follow safety procedures.
