Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring Sales Associates to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, run the register, and assist with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while upholding age verification and safety standards.

You’ll contribute to a clean, welcoming store, stock merchandise, and be prepared to cross-train in other departments such as deli. Weekend availability is helpful, with flexible shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21+ to comply with alcohol sales rules.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately.
• Certify lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales comply with age rules.
• Assist upselling to boost sales where appropriate.
• Keep interior and exterior areas clean and safe, including restrooms and pumps.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and entryways.
• Willing to cross-train in other departments, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
