Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Wise, VA is seeking Sales Associates who will greet customers, run the register, and keep the store clean and safe. You’ll learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliant age checks, upsell where possible, stock shelves, and cross-train in deli as needed. Flexible schedules and weekend work supported.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming store environment, following safety procedures, and delivering friendly service to every customer.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service encouraged but not required.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance.
Upsell products to increase sales where appropriate.
Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including restrooms and parking areas.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh.
Cross-train in other departments as needed, including deli.
Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
