Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking energetic Sales Associates to greet customers, manage the register, and keep the store clean and safe. You will handle lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with strict compliance and upsell to boost sales.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work weekends/holidays, and comfortable with indoor/outdoor conditions. Prior retail is a plus, but training is provided; expect a friendly, fast-paced team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently (10 lbs routinely).
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable, friendly, and customer-focused.
• Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and run the register accurately and quickly.
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age-verification compliance.
• Upsell customers and provide friendly service to boost sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms, pumps, and parking lot.
• Stock shelves and maintain attractive displays.
• Sweep, mop, and keep entryways tidy.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed (e.g., deli).
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
