Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed
• Ensure compliance with age verification for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol
• Upsell customers to increase sales when possible
• Keep store interior and exterior clean and safe, including restrooms and pump area
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain attractive merchandise
• Maintain store cleanliness—sweep, mop, windows, and entryways
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments, e.g., deli
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and assist where needed
