Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Searcy, AR is seeking friendly cashiers to deliver fast, accurate service and help customers find items while maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.

No experience is required; Love's provides on-the-job training. You will balance a cash register, handle transactions, and support food service areas as needed, with a team-focused culture and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find items, answer questions about products and services, and address customer needs.
• Balance a cash register by completing transactions and pursuing additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
• Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products.
• Clean working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
• Cross-train in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
