Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring friendly cashiers to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. You will provide fast, accurate service, help customers locate items, and maintain clean, welcoming spaces.

No experience is required—we’ll train you. The role involves handling transactions, assisting with deli and fresh food areas, and lifting up to 25 pounds in varying temperatures. A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
