TESO Group in Bayside, NY is hiring part-time Store Staff to support merchandising, replenishment, price labeling, and cleanliness. You will assist customers, maintain stockrooms, and help with testers and display materials, reporting issues to the team lead.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate pricing, organized shelves, and proper handling of stock and samples. Previous retail experience is preferred but training is available, and a HS diploma meets the education requirement.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or vocational secondary school or above.
• Experience: Retail, supermarkets, beauty, collectibles, lifestyle retail, or service industries preferred; training available for others.
• Knowledge: Merchandising, replenishment, price labels, expiration management, customer service, cleanliness, and basic records.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers proactively and provide friendly service.
• Guide customers to shelves, explain product basics, and notify Lead if item is unavailable.
• Escalate complaints, returns/exchanges, or issues that can’t be resolved on the floor.
• Maintain neat appearance, wear uniform, and ensure accurate price labels.
• Replenish shelves, front-face merchandising, and keep aisles clear and organized.
