A leading company in the hospitality industry is seeking a retail associate for their waterpark gift shops. The role involves assisting guests with merchandise selections, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be friendly, knowledgeable about park policies, and possess strong communication skills. This position offers growth potential into supervisory roles.
SUMMARY Assists guests with selecting and purchasing merchandise in waterpark giftshops. Must be able to maintain a clean work environment, stock merchandise as shop requires, and assist with monthly inventory of merchandise. Responsible for delivering better than the best customer service while enforcing all park policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 16 years of age
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Be able to speak in the English language. Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and complete reports detailing guest interactions. Ability to effectively present information and give directions with customers and employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in both written and verbal form. Ability to deal with problems involving many variables.
