Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Cashier to greet customers, process transactions, and contribute to a friendly shopping experience. The role involves operating a POS system, handling cash, and supporting the mission by promoting the roundup program to customers.

The position requires strong numerical accuracy, excellent communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of retail sales or cash handling experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be accurate with numbers and US currency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct fast, friendly transactions.
• Operate a computer-based cash register and credit card machine.
• Drive roundup initiative and inform customers about the mission.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves.
• Open and close the POS and register operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions.
