Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Handle transactions including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and price merchandise as directed by store leadership.
• Protect assets and minimize loss in accordance with company procedures.
• Comply with policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Assist with separation of food items and correct stock rotation; restock as needed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and web pick-up responsibilities; assist with related products.
