GPM Investments is hiring a Cashier/Sales Associate at Store 4612 in Tucson, AZ. This part-time role covers all aspects of store operations, from running the register to maintaining a clean and inviting environment for customers.

You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help with duties across departments as needed. The job emphasizes safety, compliance, and excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for most of shift; indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Excellent reading, writing, and spoken English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Physical ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification and compliance.
• Upsell customers where possible to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe inside and outside, including restrooms, pumps, and lot area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Maintain a clean and organized store; sweep, mop, and clean windows.
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed.
