Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Tucson is seeking Sales Associates to be the heart of our store, greeting customers, processing transactions, and keeping the store clean and inviting. You’ll help with lottery, cigarette and alcohol sales while adhering to age verification rules and legal requirements.

We offer weekly pay, flexible full- and part-time schedules, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for advancement. Prior retail experience is a plus, but we support learning on the job and encourage teamwork

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn on the job.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age checks.
• Upsell products to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe, including restrooms and pumps.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
