Big 5 Sporting Goods is seeking an energetic, sports-minded individual to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and has a solid customer service background or relevant educational experience. Responsibilities include overseeing the front counter POS (register), cash handling, bagging merchandise, greeting customers, answering phones, directing sales associates via PA system, stocking shelves, and maintaining the sales floor. You will also ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Basic organizational and/or math skills
3. Subject to E-Verify upon accepting an offer
4. Light to moderate lifting, with or without accommodation
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
