Big 5 Sporting Goods is seeking an energetic, sports-minded individual to join our customer service team. The position involves overseeing the front counter POS (register) terminal, cash-handling, bagging, greeting customers, answering telephones, directing sales associates using the PA system, stocking shelves, and maintaining displayed merchandise. The goal is to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic organizational and/or math skills

• Light to moderate lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
