Big 5 Sporting Goods is seeking an energetic, sports-minded individual to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have a solid customer service background or relevant educational experience. Responsibilities include overseeing the front counter POS (register), handling cash and bagging merchandise, greeting customers, answering phones, directing sales associates via PA system, stocking shelves, and maintaining the sales floor. The goal is to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
$14.81 - $15.70 per hour, depending on store location
