Job summary

IKEA Elizabeth, NJ is hiring for a part-time Customer Service Associate to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will handle checkout, assist customers, and promote services like home delivery and the IKEA Family card.

With 1 year of sales or customer service in retail, you’ll join a diverse team focused on friendly, efficient service and safe car loading. The role offers 12-20 hours weekly, weekends required, and a comprehensive benefits package.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time

BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes

HOURS – 12-20 hours per week. Must be able to work some weekdays and weeknights and must have completely open working availability Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 9:30AM to 10:30PM.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $19.50
